1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GameDesk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by BCoasters ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

GameDesk is a gaming lounge management platform that provides:

• Table and session management with real-time timers
• Food and beverage ordering system
• Payment processing and billing
• Player tracking and loyalty programs
• Business analytics and reporting
• Multi-device sync with offline support

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Each registration creates a tenant (lounge) with a unique identifier.
• Account owners can invite staff members who inherit tenant-scoped access.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription & Licensing

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access.
• After the trial, a valid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
• Subscription plans include Starter (₹3,499/mo), Pro (₹5,499/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing).
• Licenses are validated periodically via heartbeat checks.
• Offline access continues for up to 72 hours without license validation.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limiting, authentication, or license checks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

6. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all business data you input into the Service.
• We are granted a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data to provide the Service.
• You can export your data at any time using the backup feature.
• Upon account termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• The offline-first architecture ensures continued operation during outages.
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or device failure.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Data export is available for 30 days after termination.

10. Updates & Modifications

We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
